This was my third car and was one of the best cars I owned. Bought it in early 1967 with only 12,000 miles on the clock.In lovely condition and i never had any trouble with it. It was two tone,blue with a cream flash along the side.
I had another Anglia before this one with the 997cc engine. The super had the more powerful 1198cc unit and was capable of 90mph.

This was my first car with the Triumph 2litre six cylinder engine. Lots of people thought these were Heralds. I realised that when putting in some oil whist in a petrol station a bloke noticed the straight six engine and asked what it was. He said he thought it was an Herald. Bought it second hand in 1968 and was my first 100mph car. Colour was dark blue.

My first GT6 bought second hand in 1971. Wanted a new one but the waiting list was too long. Browetts in Leicester had this year old model in their Granby St.showroom so being impatient I bought this one.
It had the lovely sounding 2 "litre Straight six and overdrive on the top two gears. I loved using that,it was like changing gear without using the clutch.
