User / myoldpostcards / Cornland IL - Public School (3 or 5)
Randy von Liski / 15,893 items
This building was built as an elementary school in 1920. I'm not certain how long ago the Cornland Public School closed, but my hunch is that it has been quite a while.

Cornland is an unincorporated community in Logan County. and is located about 17 miles NE of Springfield and 15 miles south of Lincoln. The population of Cornland was 85 at the 2000 census.
