This beautiful old building in the center of Harvel was, at one time, the local bank. As a matter of fact, the word "Bank" is inscribed on the top step. It is sad to see a structure like this left to deteriorate.

I wasn't able to tell if the Harvel Coffee Club is still an active gathering place for locals. Along with the bank and post office, this is one of the few commercial buildings that still exist in the village's business district.
