While traveling through the Texas Hill Country, I spotted this 1949 Chevy flatbed decaying on a rancher's field. Old cars and trucks like this one are occasionally parked near the front of a country property to enhance the rustic look. In other words, they can be used as props that encourage travelers to pull off the gravel roads and take a photograph. Guilty as charged!
