Sieng Kong Zone in old ethnic Chinese community of Talat Noi in Bangkok is off-the-beaten-path to most tourists, with its old residences & chop-&-sell car parts along back alleyways. When I first stood in this spot, I commented to Gary that it was my favorite place on earth. The textures and history brought me to tears. Then I shot the shit out of it in three different visits. Circa 1970's Fiat 500.

BTW, seeing a person in a scene, bunny in a cloud, is a phenomenon called pareidolia. Next image is "Woman with Hat" from the same location with its own Pareidolia.

"Shaft" Just around the corner from the last image I posted, in Talat Noi in the old ethnic Chinese district in Bangkok. Such rich textures and light in the narrow soi (alleyway). Our favorite neighborhood to visit in 6 weeks of roaming the city. When I saw the shaft of light, I knew, "Nancy, grab it NOW before it's gone!"
