The women's 60m final: Tianna Madison (USA) wins in 7.07 from Ivet Lalova (Bulgaria) with 7.14, a new PB. Ezinne Okparaebo (Norway) was 3rd in 7.17, a new national record. Asha Philip had set a PB of 7.23 in the heat and improved it to 7.19 in the final. Gloria Asumnu (Nigeria) was 2nd in her heat with a SB of 7.18 but came last in the final with 7.33; I imagine she caught a hurdle.
