I was saddened last night to find out the owner of Bristol Marina Davina Lund had passed away suddenly in her sleep in her French home. 😞 I had known and been friends with Davina about 18 years. Davina born male lived full time as Davina and had done for many years and often referred to herself as a bloke in a frock. She even wrote a transliving article called this. She was well known in the trans community and used to run parties and even boat trips. I was for many years one of her closest friends and visited her 4 times in France where she spent half of her time. She also let me use her Bristol flat for many years but sadly our relationship became strained and we fell out a couple of months ago but I'll remember all the good times we shared before this as I say RIP Davina.
