The location where the Ghost Bike is installed did not have any information but I was able to find the following online:

On Wednesday April 27, 2016 at 9:30AM Heather Lough (29 years old) while heading to her job at the New York Botanical Gardens was hit by a commercial box truck. The truck was leaving the garden, making a left turn onto Southern Blvd and hit Lough with the front bumper of his truck on the passenger side.
