Fluidr / 345th CSSB Change of Command 014 by Oklahoma National Guard

The 345th Combat Service Support Battalion (CSSB) held a change of command ceremony on April 15, 2012, at the McAlester Armed Forces Reserve Center in McAlester, Okla. The outgoing commander was Lt. Col. David Lambert, of Cole, Okla., who has commanded the battalion for more than two years. The incoming commander is Lt. Col. Brad Carter, of Seminole, Okla. Carter most recently served as a member of the Oklahoma Army National Guard's command staff at the Joint Force Headquaters (JFHQ) in Oklahoma City. Lambert will be transferring to JFHQ where he will serve as a logistical plans officer.
