Oklahoma Guardsmen joined together with local citizens and other military personnel to honor those who served at the Enid Veteran’s Day Parade, Nov. 6. Though the fall wind was bitter, parade goers lined the route with flags, showing their patriotism and their support.

The Soldiers walked the parade route next to 14 vehicles from the 1st Battery, 158th Field Artillery; 1st Battalion, 271st Brigade Support Battalion; Headquarters Battery, 45th Fires Brigade and Company A, 777th Distribution Company. Vehicles included Palletized Loading Systems, a Forward Repair System Heavy, a Rigid Wall Shelter HMMWV and an M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS).
