Col. Devin Wooden, commander 137th Air Refueling Wing is the keynote speaker at the 45th Infantry Division Museum's Annual Memorial Day Ceremony held outside the compound at the Oklahoma Military Department in Oklahoma City. He paid tribute to all of the men and women who have died in combat our due to wounds from combat. He also acknowledged all servicemembers past and present and encouraged everyone to carry on the tradition of honoring those who have died in service to our country. Wooden announced the names and hometowns of the 19 Soldiers of the Oklahoma Army National Guard who died since 9-11 serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
