Madam Jocelyne Papelard-Brescia, President of the Association U.S. Memory Grand Est France, presents a handmade flag, made by French children to honor Soldiers of the 45th Infantry Division, to Brig. Gen. Hopper Smith, assistant adjutant general for the Oklahoma National Guard at the 45th Infantry Division Museum in Oklahoma City on October 3. The Association U.S. Memory Grand Est France was created to pay tribute and care for the graves of WWII American Soldiers killed or missing in action.
