Shot from the "Railfan Bridge", a set of D&H run through power, C420 410-GP38-2 7315-GP39-2 7411, has come out of the house to couple onto a westbound train. A yard engine lays in the clear at left, and there's a sea of blue B&M Geeps down in the engine house at East Deerfield, MA on August 5, 1982. Guilford didn't assume control of the B&M until 1983 and the D&H on January 1, 1984, but the three railroad merger of the MEC-B&M-D&H was in the works and power from the three railroads could be seen on the other properties.
