Once again, as a fella with no shame, this is art created from someone else's art. The original photo is of a blue aluminum sculpture in the Desert Botanical Gardens (Phoenix, AZ) by German-French visual artist, Rotraut Klein-Moquay, known by her mononym Rotraut. It is entitled: Untitled (Blue).
