Went to visit my dear friend and WWII combat vet Jack Garrett and his wife Carol today... I was able to make it on the way home before the gates closed . While I had to shoot into the sun, the sunset that followed was a beautiful way to end the visit with them.

Sadly, his name plate has yet to be made.
