The water drains from Ribbon Lake through Surface Creek and drops 1,000 feet down into the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. A 2 1/2 mile round trip from Glacial Boulder.

Down river from the Upper Falls. It is the taller falls--308 ft. high. We were at Artist Point by 10:00 A.M.on August 16 so were able to catch the rainbow. Yellowstone National Park.
