Le Chateau Real Estate is the result of a year-long wait since the opening of the original Chateau Motel allowing our community to live in our kitschy, 80s/90s themed community. Le Chateau Real Estate is part of the joint project lead by Le Chateau Motel & Resort named The French Guiana Community, a community commited to making a more beautiful mainland within a common theme.
You have access to a lot of activities such as the Chateau Motel which offers rooms, several swimming pools, bars, weekly parties and monthly theme parties. You also have access to a Yacht Club that allows you to reach the Blake Sea in a few minutes and enjoy +100 sims of sailing water. Le Chateau Plaza is a business tower that allows you to be creative at the office, enjoy dining at the restaurant, relax at our Executive Club and much more! But also access to the Amazon forests in partnership with SLFS and an equestrian center in a typical South American ranch.
