Steve definitely was in 'the zone' on this night, for his 'last show' in Deep Purple! - After this show, a few of the band members came down with Covid symptoms, cancelling their other two shows on our rock-cruise, to the dismay of all the fans that didn't catch them on their 'one and only show' aboard our ship...this show, on the very first night! - Love Steve. We all do in South Florida. He went to the
U of Miami, was in their great jazz band. Founded the Dixie Dregs.
We saw them many times in the 80's. Then he went to Deep Purple. Now he is done...his wife has come down with cancer and he is retiring to care for her. Good man. Good luck Steve Morse & Wife*
