Marks some 200m along the tunnel wall show he hit the right side of the two lane tunnel first, before splashing into the wall and a guard rail on the left, ripping off a front wheel, before crossing the carriage way again to slam against the right side and then bouncing across the two lanes to come to rest against the left side once more. 12 CCTV cameras caught the action!
