I was hoping to get a wibbly wobbly one snaking from left to right leaving a nice light trail but the wind was straight down the centreline towards me and all I got were nice straight trails and the smell of burning tyre rubber as the planes touched down.

Home of Manchester United. Walking on water. Man U beat Arsenal 2-1 today

Affectionately nicknamed the ‘Theatre of Dreams’ by football legend Bobby Charlton, Old Trafford is home to Manchester United Football Club.

The ground has frequently hosted major domestic and international cup matches as a neutral venue, and welcomed several England international fixtures while the new Wembley Stadium was under construction. It also hosted the 2003 UEFA Champions League Final

Part of the developments around the old Salford Quays area.

Knowing what Salford used to be/is like it's still a surprise to find that everything is behind steel fences and locked doors and barriers. Not even a strong Police presence in the area due to a crowd of protesting Palestinians outside the Lowry made me feel safe on my own along the riverside walk at night. The lights are nice though and alot of the features constantly change colour.
