Since Samus can't stand on her own, there is a subtle rock outcropping for her to 'sit' on while she leisurely picks off metroids. Or perhaps baby metroids - they're a bit small. :)

I did this last night as a break from all the Star Wars stuff. I'll decorate this up a bit more with phazon deposits and stuff.

Nothing much changed here, but I added a bunch of trans-medium blue elements to hopefully achieve a 'phazon' effect. Not sure if it worked.

Final composition, seen at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. Each of these are in 1/5th scale. The Metroid diorama will be installed into the Woodfield Mall Lego store tomorrow (Sept. 14th) and will be there for at least a month. Full photo set coming soon!
