This is my latest display at the Woodfield Lego store in Schaumberg, IL. The two figures are both Samus Aran, bounty hunter hero of the Metroid games. Orange is with armor, blue without. The creatures on top are Metroids, although the scale isn't perfect. This will be on display until the end of October or so.
PS: To the moron at Brickworld, it's pronounced SAM-US. Not SHAME-US. Seamus is a mans name. Oops, hope I didn't ruin it for you. :)

Still working on the stage, but the whole thing will be ready for tommorow's show.

While much of this 'corridor' was just free-form building, the one part I based on the games was the 'door' on the side. This is only half built, of course, but most of the doors/portals in the games were round.

Nothing much changed here, but I added a bunch of trans-medium blue elements to hopefully achieve a 'phazon' effect. Not sure if it worked.

Final composition, seen at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. Each of these are in 1/5th scale. The Metroid diorama will be installed into the Woodfield Mall Lego store tomorrow (Sept. 14th) and will be there for at least a month. Full photo set coming soon!
