Here's a different roof section just starting out, after I figured out I wanted the edges of the roofs to look. A bricklink order coming in will make all those white bricks (1x4s with studs on one side) tan. The black technic bricks are needed to hold in the actual roof in the middle (to be built with the large plates seen here).

Now the full lower (brown) wall is 'complete'. I've ironed out a lot of the kinks from my original layout plan and am ready to build up vertically.

The next thing I need to do is figure out the height of this large window wall in the front section. This is the brewery portion of the restaurant, and inside this section can be seen the large vats and machinery.

Not sure how I'm going to do that... perhaps I'll just use those PAB cups. ;)

To get the windows to stretch the whole way across I had to use these small ones - but I hide them behind the big vat so they're not too noticeable. Ideally I would have only used the biggest window for this section.
