To enable a relatively wide range of poses, the elbows and wrists each bend, and the elbow can even twist a little. This is a big departure from my previous big figure styles by using only the larger brick/socket style hinges.

The thumb is 'posed' by simply swapping out two pieces.

Eddie can stand up perfectly fine on his own, but I put the ropes in place because our display tables are often pushed against by the crowd.

I wasn't sure about using the smaller joints, but they allowed me to have better definition in the arms. Fortunately, even with the weight of the arms they hold up fairly well.
