Davis California, edge of Old North Davis, 5th and E. I've drawn this building before a couple of times; according to John Lofland's excellent book "Old North Davis" (1999) this is called the Tingus House, and was built for the Tingus family in 1936. Next door is the Granucci Home, built in the same year.
