From my spring 2024 trip to the Northwest. This was taken less than an hour after sunrise and is a Pano combining seven photos using my 50mm lens. That is the Athabasca River--Jasper's answer to Banff's Bow River.

I was in the midst of a mad dash to the town of Jasper in order to make a reservation for the shuttle to Moraine Lake in two days. I had no internet connection at the primitive hostel I'd stayed at the previous night, and I'd been told the reservations were snapped up quickly as soon as the site opened at 8AM. So, even though time was an issue, I could not pass some of the extraordinary sights on this trip without stopping and taking photos--reservations be damned. It turned out that the reservations weren't quite as scarce as I'd been led to believe. No matter, I got it done while obtaining several photos of the glorious sights.
