Unit History
One hundred and forty seven, four car class 465 "Networker" electric multiple units were built by Metropolitan Cammell and York Works between 1991 and 1993. 465907 is one of the Metropolitan Cammell units built at Washwood Heath in 1992 and was originally numbered 465207. In 2005 thirty four class 465/2 units were given an internal re-fit, including First Class seating, new moquette on the seating, new flooring and revised furniture around the passenger doors and renumbered into the class 4659xx series.
