Kostrzyn station is located just across the German-Polish border and has a high level platform (with customs control) for east-west trains and a north-south low level platform. German independent railway NEB runs west to Berlin Lichtenberg and the PKP diesel services run east. The north south line is electrified and uses mostly EN57 3-car electrics.
