Vishera is the river of north Urals. It is very beautiful and very dramatic land. Russians tied to conquer the north long ago. I was surprised to know even French administrators used to rule some big region here for about 50 years. But the most dramatic times came with Stalin. Many people were brought here for living without any stuff.
