I have know Greg Sherman for a number of years.Last time I saw him he was at the Toronto Comic-con. Yesterday, he was at the Goderich Celtic Roots Festival and he was selling merch and promoting his upcoming Festivals in Ontario.
Greg is the president of the Oxford Renaissance Festival, Wentworth Medieval Faire, and Salty Dogs Pirate Festival,here in Goderich,Ontario.
Years back, at his first Renaissance festival near London,.Ontario. I won 1st prize for the best photo of the festival! ( a cash prize and tickets to the following year's festival). My photo of 2 jouster's attacking each other and the one knight's stick breaking in mid air took the prize! My photo was also featured in the London Free Press Newspaper!
Some of you may have seen that photo as I had it on Flickr under one of my other two Flickr accounts that I shut down.
The next event Greg is doing will be the Pirate one which takes place in Goderich on September 9-10th.
