This historic building is on the Lincoln Highway (US-30) and located northwest of Watkins, Iowa, It's also referred to as Youngville Station, but now abandoned. It was once a roadside business that included a café, a Skelly gas station and three cabins for travelers to stay in. The cabins are no longer there.

This old farmstead seems abandoned but otherwise the property appears to be maintained. I believe there was a farmhouse here too at one time (in the grassy foreground).
