Situata al confine tra il Veneto e il Trentino, la Cima Carega (2.259 m.) è la più alta del gruppo delle "Piccole Dolomiti" situata nel territorio di Ala (TN). Il sentiero per raggiungerla dal lato Veronese, è un susseguirsi di tornanti, prima tra i boschi di conifere e poi tra praterie e ghiaioni. Una volta raggiunta la sommità il panorama si estende dalla pianura, al Lago di Garda, alle Alpi e nel caso vi siano delle nuvole basse sembra quasi di toccarle.
Located on the border between Veneto and Trentino, the Peak Carega (2,259 m.) is the highest of the "Little Dolomites" group located in the territory of Ala (TN). The path to reach it from the Verona side is a succession of hairpin bends, first through coniferous woods and then through meadows and scree. Once you reach the summit, the view extends from the plain, to Lake Garda, to the Alps and if there are low clouds it almost seems like you can touch them.
