Yet another RAW file, but I have replaced the jpeg with a TIFF file. The details do look much better in that format.
I'm not sure what kind of flowers they are supposed to be. They look too small to be carnations, but I could be wrong.

I thought I'd try for the Pisces effect when using my Canon EOS. This is a great display and it will be sad to see it taken down this weekend.

Creepy looking and happy; that's probably one of the many appealing elements of Day of the Dead. In some of my research, it appears that this holiday has its roots in Aztec culture. For a culture that has a penchant for bloodletting and human sacrifice, it shouldn't be unusual, I suppose, for the Aztec to celebrate death in an original fashion.
