First time I've ever noticed baby wood ducks on our pond. There is a very old wood duck house--30+ years--that my grandfather built and I saw the female flying in and out several times. Maybe it is more inviting now the the property is becoming more wild.
Don't like the fact the second baby was cut off but this is the best I could get....so far. Boy, these babies are fast.
