I should not be surprised that after a very short and mild winter, spring has arrived early here in Johnson County and the rest of the Kansas City metro. Trees at the office complex that I work at in north Overland Park are already starting to bloom. Highs got up to nearly 70° today...tomorrow is forecast to reach almost 80°.
