Ard Neackie & Loch Eriboll
We had just been to Tongue and were heading back to Durness, on the way passing Loch Eriboll, and we were greeted with stunning light coming through the rain showers. In the foreground you can see the house, pier and lime kilns of Ard Neackie.
One of those stunnings sights we love to capture.

Elphin Hoose & Cul Mor
Another image from the wee village of Elphin on one of the misty mornings a couple of weeks ago on our trip North, with Cul Mor just showing through the mist.

Calda House
On the shores of Loch Assynt are the remains of Ardvreck Castle which was built in the 16th century but was replaced with a more modern manor house in 1726, this is the shell of that building, Calda House.

Russell Burn Waterfall
Russell Burn Waterfall on the spectacular Bealach na Ba road that runs from Lochcarron to Applecross.
We took a slight detour on our way home from our trip to check out this area, and it was one of those moments where you reach a location and suddenly realize where you are:). It would have been nice to have had a bit more flow over the falls, but certainly an area I need to check out more.
