Former Howard Johnsons Restaurant and Motor Lodge located at 6680 Regional St. in Dublin,CA. The restaurant closed in the mid 1980s while the motor lodge retained the Howard Johnson name until 1995. A few months after the Howard Johnsons restaurant closed an independently owned restaurant which operated under the name Lord Dublin moved into the space lasting until about 1993. Since the closure of (the) Lord Dublin there has not been a "full scale" restaurant in the building. The motor lodge became a Best Western which in 2001 attempted to rebrand itself under the name Best Western Monarch Inn. The name change did little to attract guests and in 2006 the motel was rebraned under the Raddison name. In May 2010 the dated complex will receive a remodel as Holiday Inn will be the new motor lodge operator.

In May 2010 the dated complex will receive a remodel as Holiday Inn will be the new motor lodge operator. As of June 2010 Holiday Inn has renovated most of the rooms and repainted the roof green. Nonetheless the property has been greatly renovated over the years but to the trained eye and dedicated HoJos fan retains a few original features. Most notably the sliding doors and the mansard roofs are still present.
