I always wanted to put together this reference table for quickly looking up whether a specified aperture was a quarter, third or half stop.
So a lens like the Leica 50mm f/0.95 Noctilux-M is really almost a quarter f-stop faster than an aperture of f/1.0, and it is not marketing hype.
