A marker at the top of Vaalserberg hill near Vaals, marking the highest point in the Netherlands (or at least the mainland). It is very close to the border tripoint with Belgium and Germany, and confusingly it is made out of reused border makers, but it marks the highest point, not the border.

A border maker under a tree near Sippenaeken, Belgium, at the border with the Netherlands. This is the southernmost point of the mainland of the Netherlands.
By the way, the southernmost point in all of the Kingdom of the Netherlands is at Klein Curaçao in the Dutch Caribbean, which I visited earlier this year.

A road through a hilly landscape. You wouldn't expect this kind of landscape in the Netherlands, and in fact we're not in the country: this is just outside Sippenaeken, Belgium. However, immediately to the right of this road is the border with the Netherlands, and right under the tree just ahead is the southernmost border marker of the Netherlands.
