Spinach with Peanut
Prepare spinach: Pick fresh spinach and wash with salt water (or water); Cut spinach into sections (10cm or your preference); Boil the water in the pot and pour the spinach for 30 seconds ~ I minutes; Remove the spinach from the boiling water and put in cold water and dry water out of spinach.
Prepare dressing: add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, minced garlic (option), pepper oil, sesame oil, chili oil (option), and mix together for the sauce. You can add and subtract the seasoning according to your taste.
Mix the sauce and spinach well, and set the shape whatever you like, and set the plate with sesame seeds and salted peanuts.
