Snowing outside, what an April weather! Hot coffee inside the room ;))
I drink green tea for ages, only reason I drink Coffee is keeping myself awake in boring meetings (embarrassing snooze during meeting). It works very well for me... I remembered I went to Starbucks Coffee located in Manhattan (NYC); I was like an old countryside lady putting myself in a fancy world ;) I could see all the pipelines inside the huge store, even the elevator and washroom were so unique, I had no clue where I should press… ;) Of course, one cup of Coffee is $12.5 USD… After making my own coffee for a year during pandemic, I was bored with the taste I made at home, searched and studied for a while, here comes the solution:
Bought “Baratza Encore Conical Burr Coffee Grinder”, tried different Coffee beans, Zavida Coffee Roasters is my favorite so far, made the customized Coffee for myself (How many stirs, how long staying in hot water, water temperature, a bit sour or a bit bitter... ;))) Every time, starting from grinding the Coffee beans... the whole house is full smell of fresh Coffee :))
