Tree that thrives in sand...

It is not in Sahara, but sand is everywhere, so it is called Sandbanks... ;) Lots of plants can survive in sand, surprisingly some trees can either… Walking on the sand dune was not easy, same as wetland. Curious how huge sandbanks are formed in those area... ;))

The light after sun down can be very striking sometimes, after sunset photographing, driving back home, through the car mirror, saw the sky becoming red and purple, luckily found a tree as my subject... ;))

Wandering around the rural, stopped on the road side at a farmer house before the sun sinking down... While packing up the tripod, a pickup truck stopped beside me, a couple inside car talked to me nicely, "beautiful sunset"... we chatted a bit about surrounding area, I told them I was from Waterloo, and asked them "Are you living nearby" ? They said, "Yes, that's our farmer house" 👀😮

PS: I tried different focusing point, wanted to blend them together in PS, but found only one capture is better, this one was focusing on the sun.

Somewhere on earth...

Not sure where the exactly location was, somewhere in the rural within one hour driving from home... When I tried to put the location in the map, I found it was hard to put it, because I was not sure where I stopped on that moment... All the rural area was similar, I just need the good light and A TREE before my lens ! ;))
