Top Fashions was originally a Peoples Drug, which opened in 1955 and closed in 1991. It's possible that it became a Revco for a short period until they built a
new store in 1996, but I haven't found any evidence of them operating out of this space.
Liberty Tax opened on June 1st, 2003 and relocated
here in the mid 2010s.
