Since William & Mary's semester doesn't begin until the end of August, I decided to go ahead and document their Chick-fil-A's dining room while they aren't getting business from their student base. Supposedly, their students back in the 2010s were very vocal about wanting a location on campus, and the Real Estate Foundation made it a reality in the fall of 2018, as Pita Pit had vacated this corner space the prior year. While it is technically on campus it's open to the public as well (and is easily overlooked thanks to the small building sign), though qualifies more as a Chick-fil-A "vendor" than a full-scale restaurant. The restaurant opens at 11AM everyday so breakfast isn't offered, they serve Pepsi products like all other W&M eateries, you can't pay for your food with a gift card, and Chick-fil-A's app isn't compatible with the location. In a way, it's like the type of location you'd find in the hallway of a major sports arena, but with indoor seating included and prices consistent with regular locations. The seating area (with the "Heritage" look) wraps around the kitchen with sort of an L-shape, where part of it is to the left of the counter and the rest stretches across the building's front end. It's a good little location for those who attend W&M, but since I'm committed to using Chick-fil-A's app I usually spring for Monticello or Mooretown Road instead when I'm in the area.
