This was originally part of a Murphy's Mart, which opened in 1978. It became an Ames in 1986, which closed on March 13th, 1993, Heilig-Meyers Furniture in November 1993 (originally located here), and The RoomStore in February 2001, which closed in 2001.

Both businesses closed in 2019. Space C became Heritage Insurance Partners in 2022 and space F became a DMV in May 2023.
