There was a store in this shopping center called Health Quest that opened in 1998, but I don't know which space it occupied.

The Peninsula's sole Care-A-Lot location is housed inside about half of an old, short-lived Winn-Dixie Marketplace, and a walkthrough of this store reveals that they were quite thrifty in regards to reusing what the supermarket left behind. While some modifications were made to accommodate things like the grooming parlor, and the tile floor was removed in favor of polished concrete, most of the layout such as the customer service desk in this photo weren't altered at all. And most notably of all was their retainment of Winn-Dixie's distinctive wall moldings and slatwall panels! (Longtime viewers of my page might recall that these were the same features that a Hampton Winn-Dixie-turned-Farm Fresh had) The one thing that boggles me though is that the drywall that was installed to divide their space from the rest of the former Winn-Dixie (that portion now a Planet Fitness) also has these features. Were they newly fabricated or removed and reinstalled from another part of the store? That's such an obscure question that I doubt anyone has the answer to! Aside from that there are also some other WD remnants in place, such as the high-up ceiling with rectangular lights and the restrooms located down a long hallway in the back left corner.
