This location opened in November 1992, was renovated/downsized in 2007, and closed in February 2009. The space became split up that year: Concentra Urgent Care opened in 2010, Rugged Wearhouse opened in fall 2009 (originally located here) and closed in 2016, and Advance Auto Parts opened in spring 2010. Rugged's space operated as a Spirit Halloween in falls 2017-2020 and became a HobbyTown on June 19th, 2021.

This location became a smaller "The City" store during the renovation, which meant that the store only needed to occupy 20,000 some square feet. Because of this the space on the right is empty with a for lease sign posted. The store originally had a "plug" entrance in the area where the FireDog sign is.
