When I saw this Chick-fil-A listed online as having dine-in available, I was not anticipating what awaited me inside! The entire front end of the dining room is still partitioned off, which, from what I could tell, is so that their more recent delivery/catering service has a workspace; this is similar to what I'd seen at their Newport News Yoder Plaza location. Only the side dining area leading to the restrooms is available, and even then sitting there like I did for lunch today doesn't feel as warm and inviting as it used to. A few years ago the restaurant was touched up a little bit, but I wouldn't refer to it as a remodel since it mostly still has 2010-era aesthetics. I expect them to give it the full treatment sometime in the near future, at least for the sake of giving their delivery area something more presentable!
