Chuck E. Cheese's opened on August 6th, 2004; it was originally a Thrift Drug, which opened in July 1990. It became an Eckerd in 1997, which closed in the early 2000s.

Hands down, this is the smallest Chuck E. Cheese's I've been in. Technically Durham NC is smaller than this one, but it doesn't really feel like it's the smaller of the two. Salisbury's CEC definitely retains that old inline pharmacy scope, with the square layout of the restaurant utilizing the old salesfloor. Upon entry the games are immediately to the left, the kiddie ride area is in the back left corner, the show/birthday table area is straight ahead in the back right, and the ordering/prize counter is to the right. The kitchen/restroom area presumably would've been Thrift/Eckerd's pharmacy back in the day. Besides a few splashes of purple the paint this CEC mostly resembles the way it looked when it opened in 2004, with a good amount of Phase 3 artwork lining the walls. Despite the size of the space I'd have to say it covers all the bases that make Chuck E. Cheese's what it is!

Because of course a location of this miniscule size would have a Studio C Cappa. Here, Chuck E. still has his "Avenger" outfit from the later 2000s and the overhead monitors were replaced with newer widescreen TVs, bringing the number down from three to two.
