CEC numbuh three was Mayfield Heights. It's yet another inline tenant space, but one that feels closer to a standalone location of its' era. The entrance is placed to the very right side rather than the center of the storefront, meaning that the counter/kitchen areas/restrooms are vertically laid out on that side but the gamesfloor and showroom follow a horizontal layout. Kiddie rides and preschool games occupy the back right corner between the showroom and restrooms. And while they did a Phase 4 remodel at the end of the 2000s, several original pieces of wall art from the 2001 opening remain, such as the "Must C TV" posters across from the stage and various depictions of Chuck E. from the late 1990s/early 2000s logo.
